Reduce the Intake of Carbs
Eating fewer carbohydrates is one of the things that helps us when it comes to effective weight loss.
Don’t completely cut them out from your diet, but certainly look to cut back on certain types.
Avoid processed carbs such as biscuits, crackers, sweets, bakery products, white rice, bread, and yes….pasta (probably the worst one).
When you eat a lot of these products you easily gain weight and increase the amount of fats and carbs in your body. Excessive fats and carbs in the blood stream can lead to high cholesterol and diabetes (type2).
How to have a Healthy Life Style means being conscious of what you are eating and how much of it as well.
How to have a healthy life style as means doing the following..
Drink More Water
When you drink more water, you will find that you don’t really need to put a lot of effort into this. It is one of the most effective ways to start losing weight.
Through research, it has been shown that water can improve the weight loss process since it affects your metabolism and temporarily increases the number of calories your body burns after eating food. Drinking water during meals can help you to start feeling full and eat less food than usual which in turn causes fewer calories for your body to deal with.
You should drink 1-2 liters of water per day to get better results and to help lose weight faster.
Counting calories is one of the most effective ways to lose weight point-blank!!!!
The weight loss process starts when you burn more calories than you take in. There is no super formula to this, reducing the intake of calories or increasing your physical activities will help you drop weight.

Intake of Proteins
The weight loss process requires protein intake, which is important for the body.

Proteins can also help to reduce your appetite and the intake of calories you may be eating.
Good sources to implement into your diet as healthy source are: lean red meat (limit this one), seafood, legumes, eggs, walnuts and other seeds high in proteins.
Include Weightlifting in Your Exercising
Weight lifting and other strength resistant exercises burn calories even after you are finished training.
Studies have shown that strength training speeds up the metabolism up to 38-40 hours after weight training.
Training that includes strength and endurance exercises for 8-10 weeks can improve your metabolism by 8%.
It can diffidently stabilize blood sugar levels for people with diabetes, and it can help you lose 3-4 pounds of overall body fat.
Start slow with weightlifting at home if possible and try to incorporate squats and planks in your routine.
Proper diet and exercising is the best way to lose weight, but getting the proper sleep should have a big role in things, too.
One should attempt to go to bed at the same time every night.
According to research, at least 7 hours of sleep is needed in order to positively affect the weight loss process.
Be mindful of lepton levels, a protein hormone that makes you feel full, which usually lower with people who sleep less. It can cause hunger attacks and uncontrolled overeating, so be mindful,
In order achieve your goals you have to be mindful of persistence. Persistence is like a flowing river, anything that gets in the way of a flowing river is met with being overtaken or gone around.
Many experts recommend keeping a food journal but I feel it is not necessary and chances are it will be a burden and you will not keep track of it 100% of the time. If you eat the correct foods, you don’t need one!
Adding cardio to your routine is a good method in the weight loss process.
If you do 30 minutes of cardio three time a week you can get pretty fit and as fast as some people who have been exercising for much longer than you.
The best option is to combine fast moderate walking with running. So you would start off with a moderate walk for 2 minutes then go into a run for 1 minute at the best pace you can do. Then back to the walk for 2 minutes and again an all out run for a minute. Do this for 30 minutes (3x a week) and believe me that’s all you will ever need to do concerning a cardio routine.
Look To Eat More Slowly
Eating slowly can make you get more awareness of your goals you want to achieve here. Give it a shot and try to eat more slowly and sip on water while eating about every second or third bite.
Eat High Fiber Foods
Eat enough fiber because it improves your metabolism and in turn can help you drop weight, decrease your cholesterol levels as well as drastically reduce the risk of kidney stone and diabetes.
